BEYONCE hit america hard with her halftime highly charged politicized performance shinning a spotlight on the civil unrest in the U.S. with a rallying cry for the so called oppressed African Americans. it was a tribute to Malcolm X and the new black panther party. It was a nation wide call out for the blacks to come together and take up arms in preparation for the upcoming war for our nation.BEYONCE may try to down play the rallying cry by saying something like this was a peaceful way to bring attention to the problems blacks are having but the symbology she used makes her rallying cry for blacks to come together and rise up is crystal clear and undeniable
There was a straightforward reference to the black power icon Malcolm X – and then they raised their fists in a stylized black power salute. Following the show, several of the dancers were pictured giving the same salute around a piece of paper that read “justice 4 Mario Woods,” a black man shot dead by police in San Francisco last December.
Americans better wake up and smell the coffee, were being set up for a great big sucker punch that will knock us flat on our backs.
